Lead Quality
Introduction
The Lead Quality Master in ROCKEYE CRM is used to define and manage the quality or grading of leads, such as Good, Better, Best, or any custom categories defined by the organization.
It helps sales and marketing teams evaluate and prioritize leads based on their potential value, interest level, or likelihood to convert. By categorizing leads into different quality levels, businesses can focus on high-priority opportunities, improve conversion rates, and optimize their sales efforts.
