AI-Based Voice Assistant
The ROCKEYE Assistant provides an AI-based voice interaction feature that allows users to interact with the Transport Management System using voice commands.
Voice Command Execution: Enables users to execute TMS operations using voice commands, including creating, updating, and deleting records, as well as approving or rejecting requests. The ROCKEYE Assistant processes each command and performs the corresponding action in accordance with the user's assigned roles and access permissions.
The assistant provides two interaction modes:
- Voice: When Voice is selected, users can ask questions verbally, and the assistant provides the response through read-aloud/voice output.
- Chat: When Chat is selected, users can ask questions through a chat interface, and the assistant displays the response as text.
Key elements:
- Microphone: Allows users to mute or unmute the microphone during the voice interaction.
- Start: Starts the voice interaction.
- End: Ends the active voice interaction.
- Silence: Displays the detected silence duration.
- Min: Displays the configured minimum response/interaction threshold.
