Time Sheet Report
Introduction/Purpose:
The purpose of a timesheet report in an HRMS is to provide a comprehensive summary of employee working hours recorded in timesheets. Timesheet reports play a crucial role in various HR and business processes
How To Navigate:
The navigation to record a Timesheet Report in the HRMS system typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon which is located on the top right corner of the screen then click on the Time and Attendance section which is located on the left side menus on the screen.
- Click on the Timesheet Report section which is located in the Transactions under Time and Attendance. After clicking on this link you can navigate to Timesheet Listing.

View & Filter Records:
The first user has to select an employee to import the timesheet of an employee without selecting an employee the user can not export
The user has to select the following option to import the timesheet:
- Select Employee*: The user has to select the employee from the drop-down menu for which they want to view or export the timesheet report.

- Export Timesheet: Current Page record or All records can be exported by users with listed Columns or All Columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
- Record Filter: The filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns, based on the Pay period.
Key Notes:
- Firstly the user has to choose one employee from the list then the user can export the timesheet of the chosen employee.
- The user can navigate to the attendance correction page when the user clicks on the edit icon in the employee timesheet report.
