Introduction/Purpose:
The purpose of an employee punch-in/punch-out report in an HRMS is to provide a detailed record of employees’ clock-in and clock-out times.
How To Navigate:
The navigation to record an Employee Punch In/Out Report in the HRMS system typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon which is located on the top right corner of the screen then click on the Time and Attendance section which is located on the left side menus on the screen.
- Click on the Employee Punch In/Out Report section which is located in the Transactions under Time and Attendance. After clicking on this link you can navigate to Employee Punch In/Out Report Listing.
View & Filter Records:
- Date*: “Date” is a field that specifies the date of employee punch.
- Punch Type*: “Punch Type” is a field that specifies the type of punch such as Attendance In, Attendance Out, Break In, Break Out, Lunch In and Lunch Out.
- City: “City” is a field that specifies the Punch In/Out City of an Employee.
- State: “State” is a field that specifies the Punch In/Out State of an Employee.
These Employee Punch In/Out Report records will get Submitted based on the submission the employee record will displayed to the user
The key features of the Employee Punch In/Out record listing are included below:
- Export Attendance Report: Current Page record or All records can be exported by users with listed Columns or All Columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
- Refresh: The refresh option allows users to refresh all the records in the Employee Punch In/Out report.
- Send Mail: The send mail option allows users to send mail to individual employees or multiple employees along with the attached Punch In/Out Report sheet PDF and Excel sheet.
