Introduction/Purpose:
The Pre Expense Claim module in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is designed to streamline the process of managing expense claims reports of employees within an organization. The purpose of the Pre Expense Claim module is to automate and simplify the expense claim reports to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing employee expenses.
How To Navigate:
The navigation to a pre expense claim in a HRMS typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon: The main navigation icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, which typically includes links to various sections of the HRMS system.
- Click on the Report section: The Pre Expense Claim is located under the transaction section. By clicking on the pre expense claim will display an employee name, expense purpose, voucher no., voucher date, exp. plan date, request amount, approved amount, currency, requisition status and status.

Listing:
- Filter : User can filter the data based on the following categories:
- From Date*
- To Date*
- Please select date
- Select Employee
- Employee Type
- Department
- Grade
Note: “*” represents the mandatory fields to be entered by the user.
The user can perform the following actions in this section:
- Submit :The user can use the filter option by using the submit button.
- Refresh: The Refresh feature allows users to update or reload the content of a webpage, application, or data set to display the most current information.
- Export: The Export feature enables users to extract data from a system and save it in a different format that can be utilized in other programmed. It provides options to convert data into forms like Excel, CSV (Comma-Separated Values), or PDF.
- Send Mail: The Send Mail feature allows users to compose and send emails directly from an application or platform.
