Activity Category
Introduction/Purpose
The Category Master is used to define and manage broad classifications for various entities such as products, assets, or services within the Smart Station module. These categories help in organizing records systematically for reporting, tracking, and operational efficiency.”
It allows better filtering, grouping, and management of different records in the system.
How To Navigate
- From the main dashboard, click on “Master Module” in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Within the Master Module, select “Activity Category” from the submenu.

How To Add Activity Category
- You will be taken to the Activity Category List View, displaying all existing groups.
- Look for an “Add New” button, usually located at the top right corner of the list view.

Category Name: The descriptive name of the category (e.g., Fuel Products, Maintenance Equipment).
Category Code: A unique identifier/code assigned to the category (e.g., CAT001).
Status: Indicates whether the category is Active or Inactive in the system.
Save: After filling the details click in the save button.
