Introduction/Purpose

Users module is responsible for overseeing user accounts and system permissions. It offers to create, edit, and delete user accounts as well as assign a company and  a site to each user. Admin can send email to the users, add notes to users. Admin can monitor all the activities performed by users.

Dependency

  1. Accurate user data 

The actual user’s data relies on the accurate recording of all the activity performed by users and other data available in the system.

  1. Company Name

The “All Users” module has dependencies on the company data integrated within the system. It depends on the data in the “All Companies” module.

  1. Company Classification

The accurate data depend on all the company classifications defined in the system.

  1. Roles 

All the roles are defined in the system. At the time of user creation, the supreme user assigns a role to the new user from the list of roles available in the system. The role defines the list of functionalities that can be performed by the user of the system.

  1. Activities 

Accurate activity data is dependent on every action taken by a user in accordance with the allocated role and associated functionalities.

  1. Site Name

The accurate data depend on the assigned site of a user The supreme user selects a functional site for the new user at the time of user creation from a list of sites that have previously been added to the system by the supreme user.

View Users List

All the added users will be displayed at the users list screen.

To view the users list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

  1. Click on the “All Users” from the menu under the “User Accounts” module as shown below.
  1. Click on the “All Users” from the site map under the “User Accounts” module as shown below.

Multiple View Options On User List

To change the view option of the user list , follow the mentioned steps.

Step 1: To view the user list, follow the steps for section View Users List.

Step 2: To change the view of the user list, click on “Change View” as shown below.

Step 3: Change the  view option by clicking any of the available view options as shown below.

Add A New User

To add a new user in the system, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user list, follow the steps mentioned in the section View Users List.

Step 2: Click on “ Add User” to add a new user in the system as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add User Form” as described and shown below.

  1. Company: Keyword based search for company, system will show list of companies, select one company for which user will be created.
  2. Company Classification: As per the selected company, the company classification field will get autofilled.
  3. Role: Select a role of user from the list of roles that already exists in the system
  4. Department: Keyword based search for department, system will show list of departments, select one department for which user will be created.
  5. Site:  Keyword based search for site, system will show list of sites as per the selected company, select one site for which user will be created.

Step 4: Click on the “Save” button to save the new user in the system as shown below.

User Details

To View the details of the user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user list, follow the steps mentioned in the section  View Users List.

Step 2: Click on user name in the user list to view user details as shown below.

User’s Orders

To View the list of all orders from a user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details, follow the steps in section “ User Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Orders” to view the list of all Orders as shown below.

View User’s LTs

To View the list of all the generated LTs from a user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details, follow the steps mentioned in “ User Details”.

Step 2: Click on “LTs” to view the list of all LTs as shown below.

Daily Sales of User

To View the list of daily sales of a user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details, follow the steps mentioned in “ User Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Daily Sales” to view the list of all Daily Sales as shown below.

View User’s Payments

To View the list of all the payments of a user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details, follow the steps referred in the section “ User Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Payments” to view the list of all the Payments as shown below.

View User’s Activities

To view all the Activities of a user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details, follow the steps referred in “ User Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Activities” to view all the activities with the time span as shown below.

Add Note To User

To add note to the user follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details follow the steps in the mentioned section  “ User Details”

Step 2: Click on “Notes” to open the list of All Notes as shown below.

Step 3: Click on “Add Notes”, it will redirect to the add note form as shown below.

Step 4: There are two types of notes that can be added to the system. As per the requirement, select any one of the available options in the system as described and shown below.

  1. Normal Note: Select “Normal” option from Classification, Enter note in the field “Remarks’, Upload Remark document if required. Then Click on the “Submit” button to send a note to the user as shown below.
  1. Reminder Note: Select “Reminder” option from Classification, Select a “Remind Date”, Enter note in the field “Remarks’, Upload Remark document if required. Then Click on the “Submit” button to send a note to the user as shown below.

Update The User Details

To Update user details follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details follow the steps in “ User Details”

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” in the user details screen to edit the details.

Step 3: Update the user details as required and click on the “Update” button to update the User successfully.

Reset Passwords For Users

To Reset Password for users follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details follow the steps in “ User Details”

Step 2: Click on the “Reset Password” on the user details screen to reset password as shown below.

Step 3: Enter “New Password” and “Confirm Password” then click on the “Update” to reset password as shown below.

Delete Users

To Delete a user follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the user details follow the steps in “ User Details”

Step 2: Click on the “Delete” in the user details screen as shown below.

Step 3: Click on “Yes” to confirm delete the user as shown below.

Actions Can Perform From User List:

The following Actions can be performed from the user list as mentioned and shown below.

  1. Resend Account Setup – System will send an account setup link to the respective user.
  2. Login As – Admin will be logged in into the account of the respective user.
  3. Reset Password – System will send an reset password link to the respective user.
