Introduction/Purpose
The main purpose of this module is the dealers will be able to submit the daily retail sales of each and every white product into the system.
The dealers have to submit the sales on daily basis. A Sales Day Closure flag is provided in retail station detail page on the basis of which dealer will be able to submit the daily sales. This will be possible only if the flag is disabled. If it’s enabled user will have to submit the station’s sales day closure at the end of the day.
Dependencies
System Performance: System should respond properly to save the daily sales details in DB.
Daily Sales List
To view the list of daily sales, there are two ways:
- Click on the “Daily Sales” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.
- Click on the “Daily Sales” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.
Add A Daily Sale
To add sales data, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the daily sales list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Daily Sales List”.
Step 2: Click on the “Add Daily Sales” button, as shown below.
Step 3: Enter required mandatory data. Click on “Submit” to save the sales data, as shown below.
Daily Sale Details
To view details of sales data, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the daily sales list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Daily Sales List”.
Step 2: Click on the “Sales Date” of the records to view the respective sales details, as shown below.
**Enable/Disable Flag
- In Station detail page there’s a flag named “Sales Closure Process”.
- If the flag is set to “Enabled” then station name will not be available in the Add Daily Sales page.
- On “Disabled” dealer will be able to select the station name from the add daily sales screen.

This module is also available in both Android and iOS versions of Portal Customer Mobile Applications.
