Introduction/Purpose

The “Site Usage” module has been designed to efficiently manage and record the fuels used at the sites.

Dependencies

• System Performance: System should respond properly to save the site usage details in DB.

Site Usage List

To view the list of  site usages, there are two ways:

1. Click on the “Site Usage” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Site Usage” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Add  A Site Usage

To add site usage data, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the site usage list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Site Usage List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button, as shown below.

Step 3: Search & Select a site. Select a product, as shown below. 

Step 3: As per the selected site & product, Available Quantity & Opening Meter Reading will be displayed by the system. Enter the closing meter reading and upload required attachment. Click on the “Save” button to save the site usage.

Site Usage Details

To view details of site usage, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the site usage list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Site Usage List”.

Step 2: To view the usage details, click on the “Reference Code”, as shown below.
