Introduction/Purpose

The “Retail Station/Shop Sales” module has been meticulously crafted to furnish a comprehensive overview of all offline sales records originating from the various retail stations and shops.

Dependencies

1. System Functionalities: System should respond properly to provide the accurate sales details from DB.
2. Proper Data Management: Proper data indexing and retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient sales data.

Retail Station / Shop Sales List

To view the list of  retail station/shop sales, there are two ways:

1. Click on the “Retail Station / Shop Sales” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Retail Station / Shop Sales” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Sales Details

To view details of retail station/shop sales, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the retail station/shop sales list, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Retail Station / Shop Sales List”.

Step 2: To view the sales details, click on the “Transaction Code”, as shown below. Users will be able to view the sales summary, product summary, sales amount, and attached file of sale.
