Introduction/Purpose

This module holds significant importance, as it serves as a central hub for all types of orders, including C&I Orders, COCO Orders, CORO Orders, Dealer Orders, and Retailer Orders. It allows users to view, modify, or cancel their orders directly from the Order List page.

Dependencies

System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve order data from the database  and  show order data accurately. 

All Orders List

To view the list of  orders, follow the below steps:

To open the order list, there are two ways:

1. Click on the “Orders” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Orders” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Order Details

To View the details of an order, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Order List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “All Order List”.

Step 2: Click on “View Details” under the “Actions” option with orders, as shown below.

Update An Order

To update an order, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Order List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “All Order List”.

Step 2: Click on “Edit Order” under the “Actions” option with orders, as shown below.

Step 3: Change Required Order entities. Click on “Update Order” to update the order, as shown below.

Cancel An Order

To cancel an order, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the order List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “All Order List”.

Step 2: Click on “Cancel” under the “Actions” option with orders, as shown below.

Step 3: Upload attachment and enter remarks. Click on “Cancel Order” to cancel the order, as shown below.
