Introduction/Purpose

The main objective of the “Station / Shop Product WAC” module is to set-up & update the WAC of different products.

Dependencies

System Performance: The system must demonstrate proper functionality in saving Station/Shop Product Weighted Average Cost (WAC) data and accurately updating the associated database when performing updates.

Station / Shop Product WAC List

To open the “Station / Shop Product WAC” list screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Station / Shop Product WAC” from the hamburger menu under the “Stock” module, as shown below.

2. Click on the “Station / Shop Product WAC” from the site map under the “Stock” module, as shown below.

Station / Shop Product WAC Details

To view the details of a product WAC, click on “View Details” or “Product Name” from the station/shop product WAC list, as shown below. 

Update Product WAC

To update product WAC, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on “Edit” from the station / shop product WAC list, as shown below.

Step 2: Enter the WAC as required, enter remarks and upload attachments. Click on the “Update” button to update WAC.
