Introduction/Purpose
The main objective of the “Site Usage Accounts” module is to monitor and record the utilization of products within various sites.
Dependencies
System Performance: System should respond properly to save Site Usages data accurately.
Site Usage Accounts List
To open the “Site Usage Accounts” list screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Site Usage Accounts” from the hamburger menu under the “Stock” module, as shown below.
- Click on the “Site Usage Accounts” from the site map under the “Stock” module, as shown below.
Site Usage Account Details
To view the details, click on “Account Number” from the site usage accounts list, as shown below.
Add An Account
To add a site usage account, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click on “Create Account” from the site usage account list, as shown below.
Step 2: Enter the following information in the form as mentioned and shown below.
- Company: Search & select a company
- Site: Select a site of company
- Product: Select a product
- Min Quantity: Select minimum quantity
Step 3: Click “Save” to save the site usage.
Available Actions On Account
To perform the available actions on a site usage account, click on the “Other Actions” of the respective account from the site usage account list, as shown below.
Following actions will be available, as mentioned and shown below.
- Set Min Stock:
Click on “Set Min Stock”, as shown below.
Enter min quantity. Click on “Update” to update.
- Update Meter Reading:
Click on “Update Meter Reading”, as shown below.
Update meter reading, enter remarks and upload attachment. Click on “Update” to update.
- Update Available Quantity:
Click on “Update Available Quantity”, as shown below.
Enter actual available quantity, enter remarks and upload attachment. Click on “Update” to update.
