Introduction/Purpose

“Lube Stock Inward Request” module plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the system by providing a structured and automated approach to managing lubricant stock requests, ensuring smooth operations, reducing downtime, and ultimately contributing to the success of the organization.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data and current status of the request from the databases and present data accurately. 
2. Efficient Data Management: Proper data indexing and retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure the availability of information in the lubes waybill.

Lubes Stock Inward Request List

All the lubes stock inward requests and status will be displayed on the stock inward request list screen.

There are two ways to open the lubes stocks inward request list, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Lubes Stock Request” under the “Stock” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.

Step 2: Mouse Over on “Stock”.

Step 3:  Click on “Lubes Stock Inward Request”.

2. Click on the “Lubes Stock Inward Request” from the site map under the “Stock” module as shown below.

Product Order Details

To view the lubes product order request related details, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the “Lubes Stock Inward Request List” screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Lubes Stock Inward Request List”.

Step 2: Click on “Order Code” from the list to view the order details, product and requested quantity, as shown below.

Product Delivery Details:

To view the Delivery Related Information, Product Information, Lubes Received Product Documents, Lubes Damaged Product Documents, Receiver Details of lubes product inward delivery, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the “Lubes Stock Inward Request” list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Lubes Stock Inward Request List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Stock Request Code” from the list to view the lube product stock inward summary with all the necessary information and status of delivery, as shown below.
