Introduction/Purpose

Credit requests are added by the dealers to purchase products from the dealer panel. These credits are for a short period; therefore, they are called short-term credits. The admin will get the request for the short-term credit, and the admin will have the option to accept or decline the request. On accepting, the dealer will get the credits, and the dealer can purchase the product using those credit points. On rejecting, the dealer will not receive any credit points. On purchasing the product using credits, the credit amount will become the due amount that needs to be settled by the dealer by payment. Admin will also have the option to view the history of the short-term credit as well.

Dependencies

• System Functionalities: System should respond properly to provide all the accurate credit requests details from multiple DB.

Short Term Credit Request List

All the added short term credit requests will be displayed at the short term credit request list screen.

To view the credit request list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Short Term Credit” from the menu under the “Requests & Approvals” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Short Term Credit” from the site map under the “Requests & Approvals” module as shown below.

Short Term Credit Details

To view the details of a credit request, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the short term credit request list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Short Term Credit Request List”.

Step 2: Click on “Short Term Credit Code” from the list to view the details, as shown below.

Credit History

To view the credit history, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the details of a short term credit request, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Short Term Credit Details”.

Step 2: Click on “View History” from the credit detail page, as shown below.

Or, click on “View History” from the credit request list page, as shown below.

Approve/Decline Short Term Credit Request

To approve/decline a credit request, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the details of a short term credit request, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Short Term Credit Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Approve/Decline” from the credit detail page, as shown below.

Or, click on “Approve/Decline” from the credit request list page, as shown below.

Step 3: Users will have two options:

1. Approve: To approve, select a due date, enter remarks and upload attachments. Click the “Update” button to confirm.

2. Decline: To decline, enter remarks and upload attachments. Click the “Update” button to confirm, as shown below.
