Introduction/Purpose
The “LT Dispute Requests” module has been meticulously crafted to streamline the management and comprehensive documentation of dispute requests originating from various customers in relation to Loading Tickets. This module affords users the capability to effectively address and resolve these dispute requests
Dependencies
- System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve LT Disputes details from DB.
- Databases: The LT Dispute Requests data depends on the accurate data in the mentioned databases, like Order, Loading Ticket, and LT Dispute Request, etc.
LT Dispute Request List
All the added LT Dispute Requests will be displayed at the LT Dispute Request list screen.
To view the lt dispute request list, there are two ways as mentioned below.
- Click on the “LT Dispute Requests” from the menu under the “Requests & Approvals” module as shown below.
- Click on the “LT Dispute Requests” from the site map under the “Requests & Approvals” module as shown below.
LT Dispute Request Details
To View the details of a lt dispute request, follow below steps.
Step 1: To open the lt dispute request list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “LT Dispute Request List”.
Step 2: Click on a “View Details” from the list to view the details, as shown below.

To View the loading ticket details of a lt dispute request, follow below steps.
Step 1: To open the lt dispute request list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “LT Dispute Request List”.
Step 2: Click on a “LT Code” from the list to view the details, as shown below.

Close An LT Dispute Request
To close a lt dispute request, follow below steps.
Step 1: To open the lt dispute request list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “LT Dispute Request List”.
Step 2: Click on a “Close” from the list grid view or from the LT dispute request details page, as shown below.

Step 3: Fill the required mandatory data and click on the “update” button to change the status as closed, as shown below.
