Introduction/Purpose

The primary purpose of the “Tank Providers” module is to empower stakeholders in the oil and gas industry to effectively manage and oversee the utilization of storage tanks provided by external vendors or partners. As a dedicated subset of the broader “Masters” module, the “Tank Providers” module is designed to streamline the coordination, allocation, maintenance, and compliance aspects of storage tank operations.

Dependencies

System Performance: System should respond properly to save the tank providers data in DB.

Tank Provider List

There are two ways to open the list of tank providers, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Tank Providers” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Tank Providers” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Add  A Tank Provider

To add a tank provider, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the tank provider list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Tank Provider List”.

Step 2: Click on the “+ Add Tank Provider” button as shown below.

Step 3: Enter tank provider name in the “Add Tank Provider Form”.

Step 4: Click the “Save” button to save the tank provider.

Update A Tank Provider

To update a tank provider follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the tank provider list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Tank Provider List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Company Name” from the tank provider list.

Step 3: Update the details that are auto-populated in the fields, as shown below.

Step 4: Click on the “Update” button to update the tank provider, as shown below.
