Introduction/Purpose

The Oil-Gas Management System’s “Fuel Terminals” module is a crucial part of the system. This module’s seamless management and control of fuel terminal operations, which are crucial nodes in the oil and gas industry’s distribution and storage network, is made possible by its strategic design. The “Fuel Terminals” module seeks to improve the effectiveness, safety, and profitability of managing fuel terminals by centralizing data, automating procedures, and offering real-time insights.

Dependencies

  • System Performance: System should respond properly to save the fuel terminals in DB.
  • Operator Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  fuel terminal, users select its operator company.
  • Owner Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  fuel terminal, users select its owner company.
  • Fuel Terminal List

There are two ways to open the list of fuel terminals, as mentioned and shown below.

Click on the “Fuel Terminals” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

Click on the “Fuel Terminals” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

    Fuel Terminal Details

    To View the details of a fuel terminal, follow below steps.

    Step 1: To open the fuel terminal list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Terminal List”.

    Step 2: Click on a “Location Name” from the fuel terminal list to view the details of the fuel terminal, as shown below.

    Update A Fuel Terminal Location

    To update the location of a fuel terminal, follow the below steps.

    Step 1: To open the fuel terminal details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Terminal Details”.

    Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button as shown below.

    Step 3: Update latitude and longitude as required. Click on the “Update” button to update the fuel terminal, as shown below.
