Introduction / Purpose

The admin possesses the authority to access and review all the different delivery locations of products within the company. The admin also has the ability to add new delivery sites with additional site-specific information, and can make modifications to existing delivery sites.

Dependencies

System Performance & DB: The system is anticipated to demonstrate robust responsiveness when storing delivery sites in the database, and it should efficiently retrieve the delivery site data when required for utilization in other modules.

Delivery Sites List

There are two ways to open the list of all the added delivery sites, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Delivery Sites” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Delivery Sites” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Add Delivery Site 

To add a new delivery site into the system, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the Delivery Sites List page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Sites List”.

Step 2: Click on  “+ Add Delivery Site” from the delivery site list page, as shown below.

Step 3: Enter the following details in the add C&I site generator form, as mentioned and shown below.

Site Contact Details & Location Details:

1. Site Name: Enter the name of the site
2. Delivery Site Type: Select type by checking up the checkbox with the available options white Products & lubricants
3. Site Description: Enter the description of the site
4. Operated By: Search & Select Operator company
5. Owner Company: Search & Select Operator company
6. Meter Type: Select the meter type
7. Flat Delivery Fee: Choose an option between “Yes” & “No” (For the selection of “yes”, user will get the option to put delivery charges per liter)
8. Service Charge Applicable: Choose an option between “Yes” & “No” (For the selection of “yes”, user will get the option to put service charges per liter)
9. Address: Enter address of site
10. State: Select a state from the dropdown.
11. City: Select a city from the dropdown.
12. City Zone: Select a city zone from the dropdown.
13. Latitude: Enter latitude of the delivery site
14. Longitude: Enter longitude of the delivery site

**Note: Users can click on the button “Select Coordinates” to select the coordinate from the map by selecting a location from the map.

Site Tank Details:

1. Tank Name: Enter Tank Name 
2. Product: Select a product
3. Tank Provider: Enter tank provider company
4. Capacity: Enter the capacity
5. Status: Select a status from the dropdown
6. Calibration Image(Tank): Upload Image

Step 4: Click on the “Add New”  button to add more than one site tank, as mentioned and shown below. Enter the following site tank details:

1. Tank Name: Enter Tank Name 
2. Product: Select a product
3. Tank Provider: Enter tank provider company
4. Capacity: Enter the capacity
5. Status: Select a status from the dropdown
6. Calibration Image(Tank): Upload Image

Click the “Submit” button to save.

Delivery Site Details

To view the details of a delivery site follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the delivery site list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Sites List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Name” from the delivery sites list to view the details of the site, as shown below.

Update A Delivery Site

Step 1: To view the delivery site details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Site Details”.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button from the site details page of the site, as shown below.

Step 3: Update the details as required. Click on the “update” button to save the update.
