Introduction/Purpose
The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the Aircrafts that are used for transportation of the products by air. Admin will be able to Add, Edit, and Activate/Deactivate Aircrafts from this module.
Dependencies
- System Performance: System should respond properly to save the aircrafts details in DB.
- Airline: Users must have added airlines into the system. To add an aircraft, the user assigns an airline from the added airlines in the DB.
- Make: Users must have added maker companies into the system. To create an aircraft, the user assigns a maker company of the aircraft from the added makers in the DB.
Aircraft List
All the aircrafts will be displayed on the aircrafts list screen.
There are two ways to view the “Aircrafts” list with the information of aircraft image, tail no, company name, fueling method, total capacity, state, city and so on as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Aircrafts” under the “Logistics” module on mouse hover.

- Click on the “Aircrafts” from the site map under the “Logistics” module as shown below.

Change The View Of Aircrafts
To change the view option of the aircrafts list , follow the mentioned steps.
Step 1: To view the Aircrafts list, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircrafts List”.
Step 2: Click on “Change View” as shown below.

Step 3: Change the view option by clicking on any available options, as shown below.

Add New Aircrafts
To add aircrafts, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircrafts List”.
Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Aircrafts Form” and click on “Save” to save the aircrafts, as shown below.

Aircraft Details
To view the details of aircrafts, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircraft List”.
Step 2: Click on “Tail No” to view all the details of the tail, as shown below.

Actions On Aircrafts
To perform actions on aircrafts, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircrafts List”.
Step 2: Click on “Actions” to view all the different actions that can be performed on the Aircrafts, as shown below.

Step 3: Select an option from the dropdown as mentioned and shown below.

Generate Fuel Request
To request fuel there are two ways,
From Aircraft List:
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircraft List”.
Step 2: Click on “Actions” and click “Request Fuel” option, as shown below.

Step 3: Fill the following mandatory fields(marked with *) and click on the “Request Fuel” button to request fuel, as mentioned and shown below.
- Customer Profile: Select a customer profile from the dropdown
- Airport Location: Search and Select an airport location
- Quantity: Enter quantity of fuel
- Fueling Date/Time: Select fueling date and time.

From Aircraft Details:
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts Details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircraft Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Fuel Request” , as shown below.

Step 3: Fill the following mandatory fields(marked with *) and click on the “Request Fuel” button to request fuel, as mentioned and shown below.
- Customer Profile: Select a customer profile from the dropdown
- Airport Location: Search and Select an airport location
- Quantity: Enter quantity of fuel
- Fueling Date/Time: Select fueling date and time.

Aircraft Fuelling Detail
To view fuelling details, follow the below steps
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts Details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircraft Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Fuelling Details” , as shown below.

All Activities
To view all the activities, follow the below steps
Step 1: To open the Aircrafts Details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Aircraft Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Activities” , as shown below.
