Introduction/Purpose

The Program Browser LT module within the system is a specialized tool designed to streamline and optimize loading ticket management for the aviation terminals. This module serves as a critical component in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate loading of fuels for aviation terminals.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the related databases and save loading ticket  data accurately into the database.
2. Databases:  The reports depend on the accurate data of all the databases related to the aviation terminal, JETA1 product stock and browser  etc.
3. Proper Data Management: Proper data retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient generation of loading tickets.

Program Bowser LT

To program Browser Loading Ticket, follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the “Program Browser LT” screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Program Bowser LT” from the hamburger menu under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.

2. Click on the “Program Bowser LT” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.

Step 2: Search and select an aviation terminal before adding a loading ticket, as mentioned below.

Step 3: Click on the “Add LT” button of the product, as shown below.

Step 4: Fill the necessary information in the “Generate LT” form, as described and shown below.

1. Browser: Select a browser.
2. Bowser Operator: Search and select browser operator.. 
3. Loading Date: Select the loading date.
4. Scheduled Quantity: Enter the scheduled quantity in such a way that “Scheduled Qty + Bowser ROB” should be less than the Bowser Capacity.

Step 5: To program more LTs at once, follow Steps 3 and 4 on the same screen.

Step 6: Click on the “Generate LT” button to generate the loading ticket, as shown below.

Step 7: A warning popup (Are you sure you want to generate LT(s)?) will be prompted. Click on “Yes” to confirm, as shown below.
