Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page  & Click on “Retailer” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for Retailer as shown below. 

Method 2: Click On Dashboard under Dashboard from the Sitemap & Click on “Retailer” from the Dashboard Page as shown below.

Daily Sales Summary

• The Daily Sales Summary offers a brief highlight of the customer total sales amount of white, lubricant, and other products. It provides the sales summary of the last 7 days including today’s sales summary. In this KPI, every color represents a particular product, as mentioned below.
• Users will be able to refresh KPI by clicking on the refresh icon.

Monthly sales

• The “Monthly Sales” Section provides a concise, comprehensive summary of total sales of white, lubricant, and other products for the current month.

• By clicking on the sales amount, user will be able to view all the transactions details and amount, as shown below

• Click on the export icon to export the sales information.  System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Total Sales

• The “Total Sales” section provides a concise overview of sales accumulated year-to-date for white, lubricant, and other products. It is a crucial tool for assessing financial performance and revenue generation, supporting informed business decisions and strategic planning.

• By clicking on the sales amount, the user will be able to view all the transaction details and amount, as shown below.

• Click on the export icon to export the sales information. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Shops

• The “Shops” section provides the total number ofShops. It’s a valuable tool for efficient management and decision-making.

• To view the shops list, users click on the circle of the KPI, as shown below.

• Users can export the shops list by clicking on the export icon, as shown below. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Overall Stock 

• The “Overall Stock” section provides data on available stocks of fuels, lubricants and other products. It delivers centralized information, allowing for more efficient stock management and informed inventory control decisions.

• Users will be able to view the actual available product-type wise stock  by hovering over the pie-chart, as shown below.

Stock By Product Summary

• The stock by product summary section provides a concise and organized snapshot of available inventory for every product type. Users can swiftly gauge stock levels for each product for RORO customers. 

• Click on the export icon to export the product stock summary. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Overall Shops Sales 

• The “Overall shops Sales” section provides a comprehensive view of sales across diverse product categories at Shop. Users can track and analyze sales trends for various product types for every month. It facilitates data-driven decision-making and enhances understanding of retail station sales performance over specific periods.

• On hovering on the bars of the bar chart, Users can view the sales for various product types for every month. Different colors represent the sales of different products.

Top 10 Shops – Product Sales Summary 

• The Top 10 shops Product Sales Summary-section offers a summarized report on product sales at the top shops. Users can analyze sales data for different products at these shops. It provides valuable insights into sales performance, aiding in strategic decisions and identifying product sales trends.
• Users will be able to select a station from the list to view the sales summary section for the respective shop.

Overall Stock Summary By Shops

• The “Overall Stock Summary By Shops” section offers a clear overview of stock values and related information for each shop, facilitating effective inventory management and informed decision-making.
• Users will be able to select a station from the list to view the stock summary for the respective shop.

• Mouse hovering on the Pie-Chart displays the Value of stocks for each product.

Shops Products Stocks 

• The “Shops Products Stock” section displays the total inventory levels of all products available at different Shops. It helps in efficient management, restocking, and meeting customer demands by providing valuable insights into stock levels and types of products at each shop.

• Users can view the inventory levels of each product for every shop separately. Users will be able to export inventory levels of all products available at the shop.
  • To view inventory levels of each product for a shop, click on the bubble data as shown below.

• Click on the “Export” button from the pop-up list to export the shop product stock data. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Top Lubricant Product Sales 

• The “Top Lubricant Product Sales” section summarizes the best-selling lubricant products and their sales figures. It aids in identifying high-demand lubricants and optimizing sales strategies.

• Click on the “Export” button to export the best-selling lubricant products and their sales figures. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Top Other Product Sales

• The “Top Other Product Sales” section summarizes the best-selling other products and their sales figures. It aids in identifying high-demand other products and optimizing sales strategies.

• Click on the “Export” button to export the best-selling lubricant products and their sales figures. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Customers 

• The “Customers” section provides an overview of the total number of active customers.

Current Period Sales 

• The “Current Period Sales” section in the dashboard allows users to view sales data categorized by state. It provides a snapshot of sales for the ongoing or specified period, aiding in regional analysis and facilitating informed decision-making.

• Users will be able to mouse hover over the states to view the sales data

Top Shops As Per Selected State

• The “Top Retail Stations” section presents a ranked list of retail stations of the selected state selected from the “Current Period Sales” KPI.

• Users will be able to see all the details of the station by clicking on the station name, as shown below.
