Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page & click on “General” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for General as shown below.

Maintenance
The “Maintenance” section provides an overview of all pump and tank maintenance operations. It provides a summary of these activities to stakeholders, allowing for effective tracking and management.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Maintenance will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Maintenance ”.
Stock Allocation
The “Stock Allocation” section provides users with an entire overview of the system’s stock allocation requests, displaying both pending and approved requests. It acts as a centralized platform, allowing users to conveniently monitor and manage stock allocation.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Stock Allocation request (pending & approved) will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Stock Allocation request”.
Dealer Product
The “Dealer Product Requests” area provides a centralized place for users to track and manage dealer product requests. It provides a clear view of both pending and approved requests, streamlining the process and allowing for more effective product management and tracking.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Dealer Product request will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Dealer Product request”.
Terminal Without Loading Ticket
The dashboard’s “Terminal without Loading Tickets” section that allows users to access terminal information and actions. It is designed to provide insights on terminal activities in instances where loading tickets are not available.
- Users will be able to use an refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Terminal without loading tickets count will be updated.
Low Stock Retail Stations
The “Low Stock Retail Stations” section provides a brief summary of stations experiencing low product levels, including white products and lubricants. It aids prompt decision-making by offering an overview of stations requiring replenishment, ensuring a seamless supply of vital products to meet consumer needs.
- Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of low stock retail Stations will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “low stock retail Stations”.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
Configurations
The “Configurations” section offers users a streamlined approach for quickly identifying organizations inside the system that have not set up Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT). This part is intended for continuous monitoring, allowing for the effective management of tax-related configurations.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Configuration will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Configuration”.
Auto Analysis
The “Auto Analysis” section provides instant insights into station and company results. It improves productivity and supports informed decision-making for successful operational management by optimizing use of data and speeding up the analytical process.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Auto Analysis will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Auto Analysis”.
State-Wise Configuration Summary
The “State Wise Configuration Summary” feature allows users to monitor and manage configurations on a state-wise basis. This functionality improves control and enables informed decision-making in particular states regarding sales closure, cashback services, and e-payment functionalities. It provides a useful tool for tracking and improving handling configurations based on specific states, ensuring effective configuration management.
- Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire State wise configuration summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “State wise configuration summary”.
Top 10 Performers
The “Top 10 Performers” section provides a comprehensive view of the best achievers in a specific category. Users can access detailed insights about these top performers, aiding in benchmarking and strategic decision-making. This section highlights excellence and fosters healthy competition, recognizing those who stand out in their respective fields.
- Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Top 10 performers will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Top 10 performers”.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
