C&I Dashboard
Introduction/Purpose
The Corporate and Industrial (C&I) section within the Sales Portal Dashboard is a dedicated space designed to provide users with a comprehensive overview of sales and operations in the Corporate and industrial sectors. This section is specifically tailored to meet the needs of businesses engaged in bulk purchases, industrial transactions, and commercial sales within the oil and gas industry.
The primary purpose of the C&I section is to empower users with valuable insights and tools to efficiently manage their Corporate and industrial operations. It offers users insights and tools to efficiently manage bulk sales, deliveries, and payments, providing a central hub for tracking sales performance, handling delivery requests, and managing financial transactions.

Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page & Click on “C&I” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for C&I as shown below.
Method 2: Click On Dashboard under Dashboard from the Sitemap & Click on “C&I” from the Dashboard Page as shown below.
Delivery Request Summary:
The “Delivery Request Summary” in the C&I (Corporate and Industrial) section of the Sales Portal Dashboard provides a quick overview of delivery requests. It presents the number of requests and the total requested quantity.
- Additionally, this section offers a visual representation of delivery statuses, including “Confirmed,” “In Delivery,” “In Process,” “Cancelled,” and “Expired,” in the form of a bar graph. This allows users to monitor and manage the status of their delivery requests efficiently.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Delivery Request Summary will be updated.
Over All Sales:
The “Overall Sales” section in the Corporate and Industrial (C&I) dashboard of the Sales Portal displays the total sales amount, encompassing various products such as fuel, lubricants, and more. This section typically presents the information in a graphical format, such as a semi-circle chart or another graphical representation.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Overall Sales will be updated.
Pending Delivery Sites:
Within this section, there is often another slide or component that provides information about pending delivery sites. This may include details about sites where deliveries are scheduled or pending, allowing users to monitor and manage these deliveries effectively.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Pending delivery sites will be updated.
Due Summary:
The “Due Summary” section in the Corporate and Industrial (C&I) dashboard of the Sales Portal provides an overview of the total due amount within the system. It displays the aggregated value of all outstanding dues, which may include payments that are pending from various sources.
- Furthermore, this section offers a visual representation of the due status in the form of a bar graph.
- The bar graph typically categorizes dues into three categories: “Paid,” “Partial,” and “Due.” Users can interact with this graph by clicking on the respective segments, allowing them to view specific details based on their selection.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Due Summary will be updated.
Upon clicking on “Paid,” “Partial,” or “Due” in the graph, the system displays a table with relevant data. This table typically includes columns like Invoice, Date, Company, and Amount. Users can access detailed information about specific dues by referring to this table.
- In summary, the “Due Summary” section provides an at-a-glance overview of outstanding dues and offers detailed information about specific dues based on their payment status. It enhances transparency and helps users manage outstanding payments effectively.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
- Users can utilize the search box to easily find specific content within the table, enhancing data accessibility.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire data will be updated.
Invoice Summary:
The “Invoice Summary” section in the Corporate and Industrial (C&I) dashboard of the Sales Portal provides a comprehensive list of invoice-related data in a tabular format. This table typically includes several columns:
- Invoice: This column displays the unique invoice identifiers associated with each transaction.
- Date: It represents the date on which the invoice was generated or the transaction took place.
- Company: This column specifies the name of the company or entity involved in the transaction.
- Status: The “Status” column categorizes invoices based on their payment status, which can be one of three options: “Pending,” “Partially Paid,” or “Paid.” This status provides a quick overview of the invoice’s current payment situation.
- Paid Amount: If the status is “Paid,” this column shows the total amount that has been paid for the respective invoice.
- Due Amount: If the status is “Pending” or “Partially Paid,” this column displays the outstanding amount that is either due or partially paid. For “Partially Paid” invoices, this column typically reflects the remaining balance yet to be paid.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
- Users can utilize the search box to easily find specific content within the table, enhancing data accessibility.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Invoice Summary will be updated.
Delivery Requests:
The “Delivery Requests” section in the C&I dashboard of the Sales Portal provides users with three options to select from: “Upcoming Deliveries,” “Pending Delivery Requests,” and “Delivered Requests.”
- Depending on the user’s selection, the section displays a table of specific data with columns including Request Code, Companies, Sites, Products, Rate/Units, Quantity (Liters), Delivery Requests, and Expected Delivery Date. User can view the Total Qty at the end of the table.
- This feature streamlines the management of delivery requests, making it easier for users to track and process them efficiently.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
- Users can utilize the search box to easily find specific content within the table, enhancing data accessibility.

Top 10 Customer Sales Summary:
The “Top 10 Customer Sales Summary” section in the C&I dashboard of the Sales Portal offers users two viewing options: “Table View” and “Graph View.”
- In “Table View,” users can access a list of the Top 10 Customer Sales Summary data presented in a tabular format. The table includes columns such as Company Name, White Product Quantity (Liters), Lubricants Quantity (Units), and Amount.
- Additionally, the total White Product Quantity (Liters), Lubricants Quantity (Units), and Amount are displayed at the end of the table, providing a comprehensive overview of the top customer sales.
- For users in “Graph View,” the section presents the total customer sales amount in a half-circle graph format. This graph visually represents sales figures for various categories such as Fuels, Lubricants, and more. This dual-view feature enhances user flexibility in accessing and interpreting sales data.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.

Recently Payments:
The “Recently Payments” section in the C&I dashboard of the Sales Portal provides users with two viewing options: “Table View” and “Graph View.”
- In “Table View,” users can access a list of recently processed payment data presented in a tabular format. The table includes columns such as Recent Payment Code, Company Name, Payment Date, Status (either “Pending Review” or “Approved”), and Amount. Additionally, the total payment amount is displayed at the end of the table, giving users a clear overview of recent payment activities.
- For users who prefer the “Graph View,” this section presents payment data in a line graph format. The graph illustrates the amounts of recent payments on a day-by-day basis. This visual representation allows users to track payment trends over time, enhancing their understanding of recent financial transactions.
