Introduction

The module for assessing retail stations through a set of questions is designed to allow the administrator to oversee the questions utilized in the evaluation process of these retail locations.

Business consultants are designated to assess specific retail stations. During their visits, they will encounter a set of questions that they are required to answer as part of the evaluation process. Subsequently, upon completing these questions, a report known as the “Station Evaluation Report” will be generated, presenting the evaluation outcomes. 

When users add or modify these questions, they will have the flexibility to categorize the questions, providing a means of differentiation in the retail store’s evaluation form. Users can also assign a shortcode to each question, designate whether a question is optional or mandatory, specify the question’s order in the evaluation sequence, and manage the status of the questions as needed.

Dependencies

  1. System Performance: The system should respond properly to ensure the availability of evaluation questions whenever they are required. 
  2. Database: A robust and secure database is essential to store and manage the data of sms configurations. The database should be capable of ensuring the availability of evaluation questions properly.

Retail Station Evaluation Question List

All the added evaluation questions for retail stations will be displayed at the retail station evaluation questions list screen.

To view the list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

  1. Click on the “Retail Station Evaluation Questions” from the menu under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
  1. Click on the “Retail Station Evaluation Questions” from the site map under the “Configurations” module as shown below.

Add An Evaluation Question

To add a question , follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the retail station evaluation question list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Retail Station Evaluation Question List”.

Step 2: Click on the “+ Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Enter Short Code, Select A Category, Enter Question, Set Optional Or Not, and Enter Sequence, as shown below.

Step 4: Click the “Save” button to save the evaluation question, as shown below.

Update An Evaluation Question

To update a question , follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the retail station evaluation question list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Retail Station Evaluation Question List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Short Code” button as shown below.

Step 3: Update required changes and click the “Update” button to save the update of the evaluation question, as shown below.

**Fields Available In The Add/Update Form

  • Short Code (Required): Enter the short code for the question that enables the user to search the questions efficiently.
  • Category (Required): Select the category of the questions from the dropdown that would differentiate the questions in the question form while evaluation takes place for the retails store
  • Question (Required): Enter the question that needs to be asked in the test
  • Optional: If the question is not mandatory and can be skipped need to select “yes” from the dropdown and if the question is mandatory, the admin needs to select “No” from the dropdown.
  • Sequence (Required): Set the sequence of the questions that would showcase the order of the question in the frontend evaluation form.
  • Status (Required): Admin will be able to set/change the status of the question as Active/Inactive
