Introduction/Purpose

Jetty Calendar serves as a critical tool for managing and optimizing the operations related to the loading and unloading of crude oil, refined products, and other commodities at a jetty or marine terminal. The primary purpose of a jetty calendar is to efficiently schedule and coordinate the arrival and departure of vessels, ensuring smooth and safe operations while maximizing the utilization of resources and infrastructure. 

Dependency to Jetty  Calendar

1. Added Jetty:

List of added jetty will be displayed on jetty calendar. So to have the jetty list here we must have atleast one jetty added in Assets > Jetty module

2. Throughput Transactions:

Jetty should be assigned with atleast one throughput process to view the throughput transaction on the calendar as depicted below

Jetty calendar will have list of added jetty in the system and based on selected jetty, the assigned throughput with that jetty will be displayed in the calendar.

There are 2 ways to navigate to jetty calendar. One from menu and another from site map

Menu Navigations

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu and then hover to the calendar module to open the submodules in it as shown below

Step 2: Click on the “Jetty Calendar” module as shown below

Sitemap Navigations

Step 1: Hover to the “Dashboard” module and click on the sitemap submodule as shown below

Step 2: Click on the “Jetty Calendar” submodule under the “Calendar” module as shown below

How to Use Jetty Calendar

To know how to use jetty calendar page, follow the below steps

Step 1: Select the desired jetty as shown below

Step 2: Select the desired month using the left and right navigation buttons as show below

Step 3: Hover to the throughputs and view the name and durations of assigned throughput on the calendar as shown below
