Introduction/Purpose

A separate component called the Station Tanks module is in charge of managing and keeping an eye on the station tanks, which serve as crucial storage facilities inside the stations. This module’s major objective is to provide all the necessary tools and features for successfully managing station tanks while maintaining efficient inventory and storage management.

Dependencies

1. Accurate System Data: The actual gantry data depends on the precise recording of all the gantry-related functional modules, and other gantry data is already present in the system.
2. Retail Station Readings: The accuracy of the product quantity of station tank depends on the reading of the station tanks.

Station Tank List

All the station tanks added in the system under the stations will be displayed at the station tank list screen.

To view the station tank list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Station Tanks” from the menu under the “Assets” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Station Tanks” from the site map under the “Assets” module as shown below.

Add Station Tank

To add a tank for a station, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the station tank list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Station Tank List”.

Step 2: Click on “Add Tank” to add a station tank, as shown below.

Step 3: Select a retail station where the tank will be operated, as shown below.

Step 4: Select the product from the list that will be stored in the tank and fill in the other mandatory fields (marked as *) of the tank, as shown below.

Station Tank Details

To View the details of a station tank, follow below steps

Step 1: To view the station tank list, follow the steps mentioned in the section  “Station Tank List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Tank Code” in the station list to view station details as shown below.

Update Station Tank

To update a station tank, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the station tank details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Station Tank Details”.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button as shown below.

Step 3: Update the required details and click on the “Update” button to update the station tank.

Actions:

Reading

Step 1: Users will be able to add reading by click on the Reading from the station tank list, as shown below.

Step 2: Enter the quantity & click on Save to save the reading.
