Introduction/Purpose

The Jetty module is responsible for managing jetty details, adding a jetty to the system, and managing a jetty. It offers the ability to create, edit, and delete a jetty. As well as assigning an owner company, an operator company, and a site to each jetty. Admin can update the capacity of gantries. Admin will be able to update Jetty Length, Jetty Length Unit, Default Rate of Jetty, Jetty Currency, Default Demurrage Rate, and Default Occupancy.

Dependencies

All the dependencies for the accurate data availability of jetty:

1. Accurate System Data: The actual jetty data depends on the precise recording of all the jetty-related functional modules, and other jetty related data is already present in the system.
2. Delivery Sites: The accuracy of the data depends on the site assigned to a jetty. The user selects a delivery site for the jetty while adding jetty.
3. Company Name: The “Jetty” module has dependencies on the company data available within the system. It depends on the data in the “All Companies” module. Every jetty has an owner company and operator company.

Jetty List

All the Jetties will be displayed on the Jetty list screen.

The image, owner company name, operator company name and site name  of the jetty will be available in the list. There are two ways to view the Jetty list, as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Jetty” from the menu under the “Assets” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Jetty” from the site map under the “Assets” module as shown below.

Add Jetty

To add a Jetty, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the jetty list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Jetty List”.

Step 2: Click on “Add Asset” to add a jetty, as shown below.

Step 3: Search and Select the owner company, operator company, site and fill the other mandatory fields (marked as *) of the jetty, as shown below.

Step 4: To save the new jetty click on ”Save”, as shown below.

Jetty Details

To view the details of a jetty, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the jetty list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Jetty List”.

Step 2: Click on “Asset Name” to view the details of the jetty, as shown below.

Update Jetty

To update a jetty, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the jetty details, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Jetty Details”

Step 2: Update the required details and click on the “Update” button to update the jetty.
