Introduction/Purpose
The Gantry module is responsible for overseeing all the details of all the gantries. It shows the details of all gantries. It offers to create, edit, and delete gantry as well as assign a gantry for a site of the company. Admin can update the capacity of gantries. Admin will be able to override capacity of gantries. Admin can view the available and scheduled quantity of gantries in the calendar view.
Dependencies
All the dependencies for the accurate data availability of gantry:
- Accurate System Data: The actual gantry data depends on the precise recording of all the gantry-related functional modules, and other gantry data is already present in the system.
- Site Name: The accuracy of the data depends on the site assigned to a gantry. The supreme user selects a site for the gantry at the time of gantry creation from a list of sites that have previously been added to the system by the supreme user.
- Company Name: The “Gantry” module has dependencies on the company data available within the system. It depends on the data in the “All Companies” module. Every gantry has an owner company and operator company.
Gantry List
All the gantries will be displayed on the gantry list screen.
The image, owner company name, operator company name and the site name of the gantry will be available in the list. There are two ways to view the gantry list, as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Gantry” from the menu under the “Assets” module as shown below.
- Click on the “Gantry” from the site map under the “Assets” module as shown below.
Add Gantry
To add a Gantry, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To view the gantry list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry List”.
Step 2: Click on “Add Asset” to add a gantry, as shown below.
Step 3: Search and select the owner company, operator company, set capacity and fill the other mandatory fields (marked as *) of the gantry, as shown below.
Step 4: To save the new gantry click on ”Save”, as shown below.
Gantry Details
To view the details of a gantry, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To view the gantry list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry List”.
Step 2: Click on “Asset Name” to view the details of the gantry, as shown below.
Update Gantry
To update a gantry, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To view the gantry details, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry Details”.
Step 2: Update the required details and click on the “Update” button to update the gantry.
Gantry Capacity:
Capacity List
To view the capacity list of a gantry, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the gantry details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Gantry Capacities” to open the Capacity List, as shown below.
Add Capacity
To add a capacity for a product, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the capacity list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Capacity List”.
Step 2: Click on “Add New” to open the Add Capacity Form, as shown below.
Step 3: Select a terminal product from the dropdown list and enter capacity.
Step 4: Click on “ Save” to save capacity, as shown below.
Delete Capacity
To delete a capacity, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the capacity list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Capacity List”.
Step 2: Select a record of a capacity from the list by clicking on the ”Checkbox” with that record, as shown below.
Step 3: Click on the “Delete” button as shown below.
Step 4: Confirm “Delete” option in the warning popup to delete the record.
Update Capacity
To view the details of a capacity, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the capacity list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Capacity List”.
Step 2: Click on a “Product” to open the update capacity screen, as shown below.
Step 3: Update capacity and click on the “Update” button to update the capacity, as shown below.
Gantry Capacity Overrides:
Capacity Override List
To view the capacity override list of a gantry, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the gantry details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Gantry Capacity Override” to open the Capacity Override List, as shown below.
Add Capacity Override
To add a capacity for a product, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the capacity list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Capacity Override List”.
Step 2: Click on “Add New” to open the Add Capacity Override Form, as shown below.
Step 3: Enter reason, select a terminal product list and enter capacity, as shown below.
Step 4: Click on “ Save” to save capacity override, as shown below.
Update Capacity Override
To view the details of a capacity override, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the capacity override list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Capacity Override List”.
Step 2: Click on a “Product” to open the update capacity screen, as shown below.
Step 3: Update the required details and click on the “Update” button to update.
Calendar:
Weekly Calendar
To view the weekly available and scheduled quantity of every product, follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the gantry details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Gantry Details”.
Step 2: Click on “Calendar” to open the Weekly Calendar, as shown below.
Change Week Range
To change the week range on the weekly calendar follow the below steps.
Step 1: To open the calendar follow the steps mentioned in the section “Weekly Calendar”.
Step 2: Click on “ < “ and “ > “ to change the weekly date range, as shown below.
