Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the Collection Centers where all the buyback products are collection. This module is the master for Collection Center that will be frequently used in the system. Admin will be able to add, update and change the status of the Collection Center using this system.

Collection Center List

All the tank farms will be displayed on the tank farm list screen.

There are two ways to view the tank farm list with the image of the tank farm, the information of the owner company and operator company, as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Collection Center” from the menu under the “Assets” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Collection Center” from the site map under the “Assets” module as shown below.

Add Collection Center

To add a collection center, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the collection center list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Collection center list”.

Step 2: Click on “Add Collection Center” to add a collection center, as shown below.

Step 3: Fill the all other mandatory fields (marked as * ) for the collection center, as shown below.

Step 4: To save the collection center click on ”Save”, as shown below.

To view details of a collection center, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the collection center list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Collection Center List”.

Step 2: Click on “Collection Center” to view the details of a collection center, as shown below.
