Introduction/Purpose

The email advertisement module is used for adding and managing the advertisement that needs to be showcased in the email templates. So, when the email is sent to the customer, a section will be available in each email that shows the advertisement for the products. This will be useful to increase the sale of the advertised products.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: The system should respond properly to save the email advertisement setting into the database .
2. Database: A robust and secure database is essential to store and manage the data of Email Advertisement. The database should be capable of handling the configuration data and ensuring data availability whenever send email functionality will be performed.

Email Advertisements List

All the added email advertisements will be displayed at the Email Advertisements list screen.

To open the list page of email advertisements, there are two ways as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Email Advertisements” from the menu under the “Configurations” module as shown below.

2. Click on the “Email Advertisements” from the site map under the “Configurations” module as shown below. 

Add An Email Advertisement

To add a new email advertisement, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the email advertisement List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Email Advertisement List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add Email Advertisement” button as shown below.

Step 3: Select an email template from the available templates and upload the advertisement image, as shown below.

Step 4: Click the “Save” button to save the advertisement, as shown below.

**Upload Advertisement Image

Admin can upload the advertisement image. This image will be displayed in the advertisement section of the email template. Note: The uploaded image must follow the criteria to get the best result. – Valid Extensions: .png, .jpg, .jpeg. Valid size: Less than (<) 1 MB., Maximum allowed dimensions 295×160 pixels.
