Introduction/Purpose

The “Throughput Discharge Status” module within the system plays a vital role in providing accurate, real-time insights into discharge operations. By offering transparency, optimizing operations, and supporting data-driven decision-making, this module contributes to the efficient and effective management of the oil and gas supply chain, ultimately enhancing industry practices and overall operational excellence.

Dependencies

System Performance: System should respond properly to save the throughput discharge status into DB. Also, the system should be capable of assigning discharge statuses respectively at the time of  throughput pre-discharge and throughput post-discharge process.

Throughput Discharge Status List

There are two ways to open the list of Throughput Discharge Status, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Throughput Discharge Status” under the “Configurations” menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Throughput Discharge Status” from the site map under the “Configurations” module as shown below.

Add New Throughput Discharge Status

To add a new “Throughput Discharge Status”, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Throughput Discharge Status List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Throughput Discharge Status List”.

Step 2: Click on the “+ Add Throughput Discharge Status” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Throughput Discharge Status Form”, as described and shown below.

1. Type
2. Category
3. Informative Name
4. Informative Description
5. Sequence

Step 4:  Click on the “Save” button to save.

Update Throughput Discharge Status

To update a Throughput Discharge Status, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Throughput Discharge Status List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Throughput Discharge Status List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Informative Name” from the throughput discharge status list, as shown below.

Step 3: Update required fields from the following fields, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Type
2. Category
3. Informative Name
4. Informative Description
5. Sequence

Step 4: Click on “Update” to update the Throughput Discharge Status.

Manage Ordering

To rearrange the order of the Throughput Discharge Statuses, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Throughput Discharge Status List screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Throughput Discharge Status List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Manage Ordering” button as shown below

Step 3: Select and drag-drop throughput discharge statuses to rearrange as shown below.

Step 4: Click on “Save” to save.
