Introduction / Purpose

This module is responsible for managing the various types of packaging materials that will be used for packaging. The user can add new packaging material, update existing packaging material, and change the status of packaging materials.

Dependencies 

System Performance: System should respond properly to save the packaging material data accurately. 

Packaging Material Master List

There are two ways to open the list of package material master, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Packaging Material Master” under the “Masters” module as shown below.

2. Click on the “Packaging Material Master” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Add A Packaging Material

To add a packaging material, follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the packaging material master list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Packaging Material Master List”.

Step 2: Click on the “+ Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Enter Packaging Material Name, Packaging Material Code. Click the “Save” button to save the packaging material.

Update A Packaging Material

To update a packaging material, follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the packaging material master list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Packaging Material Master List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Packaging Material Name” from the list, as shown below.

Step 3: Update the packaging material name from the list, as shown below. Click the “Update” button to save the update.
