Introduction/Purpose

The Daily Station Readings module facilitates the capability for users to systematically input station readings into the system on a daily basis.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save data into the databases accurately. 
2. Databases:  This module depends on the accurate data of several databases related to retail stations, products and tanks etc.

Daily Station Readings List

To open the “Daily Station Readings” list screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Daily Station Readings” from the hamburger menu under the “Stock” module, as shown below. 

2. Click on the “Daily Station Readings” from the site map under the “Stock” module, as shown below. 

Reading Details

To view the details of existing readings, click on “Tank Code” from the daily station reading list, as shown below.

Add A Station Reading

To add a reading, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on “Add New” from the daily station reading list, as shown below.

Step 2: Enter the following information in the form as mentioned and shown below.

1. Retail Station: Select a retail station.
2. Product: Select a product of that station
3. Tank: Select a tank 
4. Comments: Enter Comments
5. Reading Date & Time : Enter date & time of reading
6. Quantity: Enter Quantity

Step 3: Click the “Save” button to save the new reading, as shown below.
