Introduction/Purpose

This module lists all the upcoming Lts that have been programmed for the customers. User will be able to view Loading Date, LT ID No., Dealer/Customer, Product Owner, Product Grade, Programmed Quantity (Ltrs), Loaded Quantity (Ltrs), Transporter, Truck Reg. No., Driver, Driver Phone, and Final Destination for all the upcoming deliveries.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to provide all the accurate loading tickets details from multiple DB.
2. Databases:  The loading tickets depend on the data of several databases like Transporter, Truck, Driver, Terminal, Destination, Final Destination etc.
3. Change Status: The current status and changes of status determine the data availability of the loading tickets.
4. Proper Data Management: Proper data indexing and retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient loading ticket data as well as the data accuracy of waybill and loading ticket document. 

Upcoming LTs List

To open the “Upcoming LT” list screen there are two ways, as mentioned below. 

1. Click on the “Upcoming LT” from the hamburger menu under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.

2. Click on the “Upcoming LT” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.
