Introduction/Purpose

This module is responsible for showing the LTs that are unprocessed. User can perform the following on the unprocessed LTs.

1. Cancel: To cancel the LT
2. Reactivate: To reactivate the LT
3. Sync Order LT To Fluid Inventory: To synchronize the LT to fluid inventory.
4. Dependencies

System Performance: The system should respond properly to retrieve data from the databases accurately for the LTs that are unprocessed.

Unprocessed LTs List

To open the “Unprocessed LT” list screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Unprocessed LT” from the hamburger menu under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.

2. Click on the “Unprocessed LT” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.

LT Details

To view the details of LT, follow the below steps

Step 1: To open the list of unprocessed loading tickets, follow the section “Unprocessed LTs List”

Step 2: Click on “LT ID No.” to view the details of the loading ticket, as shown below.

Actions Available

User can perform the following actions on the details screen of the unprocessed loading ticket:

1. Cancel: To cancel the LT
2. Reactivate: To reactivate the LT
3. Sync Order LT To Fluid Inventory: To synchronize the LT to fluid inventory.
