Introduction/Purpose
The Request Fuel module within the system is a specialized tool designed to streamline and optimize loading ticket management for aviation buyer companies. This module serves as a critical component in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate loading of fuels for aviation customers.
Dependencies
- System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the related databases and save loading ticket data accurately into the database.
- Databases: The reports depend on the accurate data of several databases related to the customer company, aircraft, pilot, handler, and destination etc.
- Proper Data Management: Proper data retrieval mechanisms from the related databases are responsible to ensure efficient request of fuels.
Request Fuel
To Request Fuel, follow the below steps:
Step 1: To open the “Request Fuel” screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Request Fuel” from the hamburger menu under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.
- Click on the “Request Fuel” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module, as shown below.
Step 2: Select a customer company and aviation buyer profile before requesting fuel, as mentioned below.
Step 3: Click on the “Add Request Fuel” button as shown below.
Step 4: Fill the necessary information in the fuel request form, as described and shown below.
- Aircraft Tail No.: Search & select an aircraft tail number
- Flight Purpose: Select the purpose from dropdown option
- Airport Location: Search & select an airport location
- Pilot Name: Search & select a pilot
- Handler Name: Search & select handler
- ETA: Select Date & Time
- Fueling Date/Time
- ETD: Select Date & Time
- Total Quantity: Enter quantity of fuel
- Destination: Search & select destination
Note: System will mark the form with ticks for valid information.
Step 5: To generate more than one fuel request at once, follow Steps 3 and 4 on the same screen.
Step 6: Click on the “Submit Fuel Request(s)” button to generate the loading ticket, as shown below.
Step 7: A warning popup (Are you sure you want to generate Fuel Request(s)?) will be prompted. Click on “Yes” to confirm.
