Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page  & click on “Transporter” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for Retail as shown below. 

Method 2: Click On Dashboard under Dashboard from the Sitemap & Click on “Transporter” from the Dashboard Page as shown below.

Program To Load

The “Program to Load” is a key feature displaying trucks scheduled for fuel loading at terminals. Users can quickly see the count of trucks for efficient planning and management of loading operations, ensuring smooth fuel distribution.

  • Users will be able to use an refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Program to load will be updated.

In- Transit Delivery

The “In-Transit Delivery” section gives a quick overview of the vehicles moving from the terminal to their targeted destinations to deliver the load. The ability for users to track the number of trucks in transit ensures a smooth transition for on-time delivery, a crucial component of sustaining an effective supply chain.

  • Users will be able to use an refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire In-Transit Delivery will be updated.

Recent Deliveries

The “Recent Deliveries” section provides a thorough overview of the most recent accomplished deliveries. Users can easily get comprehensive information on these recent deliveries, which offers specifics about the delivery date, destination, goods transported, and other pertinent information. 

  • Users will be able to use an refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Recent Deliveries will be updated.

Pending PEF Approval

The “Pending PEF Approval” section keeps track of requests that are pending Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF) permission, giving a clear picture of the volume of work that needs to be authorized.

  • Users  will be able to use an refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Pending PEF Approval will be updated.

Today’s Deliveries

The “Today’s Deliveries” section provides a simple and targeted view of the deliveries that are scheduled for this current day. Important information like delivery locations, scheduling, and the products that need to be transported may be easily accessed and tracked by users. The monitoring and tracking of daily delivery schedules is facilitated by this section of the system.

  • Users will be able to use an refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Today’s Deliveries will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Today’s Deliveries”.

Loading Ticket Dispute Request

The “Loading Ticket(LT) Dispute Request” section within the transporter dashboard provides users with the ability to view and manage loading ticket dispute requests. Users can efficiently monitor both pending and resolved dispute requests concerning loading tickets. This section offers a systematic approach to address and resolve loading ticket disputes, ultimately ensuring effective dispute resolution and smooth transportation operations.

  • Users will be able to use refresh and information  icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire LT Dispute Requests will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “LT Dispute Requests”.

Loss

The “Loss” section provides a concise summary of the total loss amount, divided into losses attributed to transporters and suppliers. Users can quickly access and comprehend the overall loss figures, aiding in the analysis of losses within the transportation and supply processes.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • Click on the export icon to export the information. System provides PDF & CSV options for download. Select an option as required.

Paid Out Transactions

The transporter dashboard’s “Paid Out Transactions” section refers to financial transactions or disbursements that have been finished and in which money or payments have been given to the designated recipients. It is a representation of the payments made to different parties engaged in the transportation process.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

Bridging / Non Bridging  Deliveries

The “Bridging / Non Bridging Deliveries” section categorizes transportation based on distance. “Bridging” involves longer journeys between terminals, while “Non Bridging” pertains to shorter trips within a terminal. This section offers a clear distinction, aiding in streamlined management and analysis of the transportation process.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

Recent Shortage Deliveries

The “Recent Shortage Deliveries” section tracks and displays recent instances where the quantity of dispatched products was lower than expected. It allows quick identification and resolution of these discrepancies, ensuring efficient management for transporters and stakeholders.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

Freight Voucher

The “Freight Voucher” feature in the transporter dashboard offers a summary of vouchers related to transportation services. Users can easily access and monitor these vouchers, containing vital details about transportation charges and payments. This functionality facilitates efficient tracking, ensuring organized and streamlined transportation operations.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

Freight Voucher Summary

The “Freight Voucher Summary” is a concise display of crucial details from vouchers tied to transportation services. It includes information about LT code, Freight Voucher and other financial aspects, providing a quick and organized overview.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

State Wise Truck Summary

The “State Wise Truck Summary” presents trucks categorized by location and operational status. It offers a clear view of the number and status of trucks in different states, aiding effective logistics and operational decision-making.

  • Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.

Total Transporters

Total Transporters represents the collective count of individuals, organizations, or entities actively engaged in providing transportation services. It offers an overview of all the transporters associated with the platform or system, providing a comprehensive view of the transportation operations being managed.

  • Users will be able to use refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.
  • Clicks on the number of total transporter will redirect to the list, as shown below.
  • Users will be able to view the list of the transporters. When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV for download. Select an option as required.
