Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page  & Click on “Aviation” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for Aviation as shown below. 

Method 2: Click On Dashboard under Dashboard from the Sitemap & Click on “Aviation” from the Dashboard Page as shown below.

Fuel Requests

Fuel requests pertain to the process of requesting, managing, and coordinating the purchase and delivery of aviation fuels by airlines or aviation operators.

• Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire total fuel request section will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the fuel request

• When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options to download.

Aircraft Summary

The summary distinguishes between domestic and international aircraft utilized. This feature provides a clear and structured perspective of our aviation resources, facilitating a thorough grasp of our total air capabilities.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire total Aircraft section will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the Aircraft summary.

Overall Fuel Sales Summary

The “Overall Fuel Sales Summary” is a comprehensive and consolidated report that offers a detailed overview of the total fuel sales during a specific period. This summary encompasses critical details, including the total volume of fuel sold and the revenue generated from these sales.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire total fuel sales (Amount & Qty)  section will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the Overall “Fuel Sales Summary”.

Jet A1 Stock

The Jet A1 Stock section is a vital tool for stakeholders because it allows them to easily monitor the Jet A1 fuel inventory and assess its revenue contribution, which aids in strategic decision-making, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire total JET-A1 stock (Amount & Qty) section will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the Overall “JET-A1 Stock”.

Fuel Request Summary

The Fuel Requests Summary in the aviation sector is an essential section that consolidates requests from airlines and aviation operators for the purchase of crucial aviation fuels. This summary provides a centralized view, streamlining the processing of these requests and ensuring a seamless fuel supply to support the efficient functioning of aircraft.

• Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of fuel requests will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “fuel request Summary”.

• When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Can choose any of these options to download.

Total Payments

The “Total Payments” section provides users with a full summary of financial transactions. This summary shows both the total amount previously paid and the amount that is still pending.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire total payments section will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the Overall “total payments”.

Payment Summary

In the aviation part of the dashboard, the “Payment Summary” refers to a brief and orderly display of financial activities and payments relating to aviation transactions. It gives an overview of payments made and pending from the aviation operators.

• Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of payment Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “payment Summary”.

• When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Can choose any of these options to download.

Product Stock By Terminal

The Product Stock by the Terminal provides crucial insights into the available resources at that particular location, facilitating efficient management, monitoring, and control of inventory levels. It serves as a fundamental tool for terminal operators, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding logistics, distribution, and sales.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Product Stock will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Product Stock By Terminals”.

Customer Summary

The “Customer Summary” is a dedicated section that provides a clear and organized representation of customer data, categorizing them into domestic and international customers, along with corresponding revenue generated from their transactions.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information  icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Customer balance and no. of customers will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Customer Summary”.

Company Summary

The “Company Summary” provides a quick summary of both active and inactive businesses. It also gives crucial workforce indicators such as the overall number of employees and the number of customer care (CC) managers. The brief overview provides a useful approach for understanding the business landscape with simplicity and clarity.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Company Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Company Summary”.

User Summary

The “User Summary” provides a concise, ordered overview of user-related data. It summarizes critical information about users and their state, providing a rapid overview for effective user management and comprehension.

• Users will be able to use refresh and information icons. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of User Summary will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “User Summary”.

Recent Payments

The “Recent Payments” area provides a quick, summarized picture of the most recent financial activities, assisting with effective tracking and oversight inside the system. It’s a useful tool for users to stay up to date on recent financial actions in a clear overview.

• Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of Recent payments will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Recent Summary”.

• When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Can choose any of these options to download.

Top 10 Customers

The section “Top 10 Customers” provides a targeted and selected picture of the most valued and engaged customers. It is an effective instrument for targeted analysis and strategic actions aimed at improving customer relations and overall business performance.

• Users will be able to use an export, refresh and information  icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire list of top 10 customers will be updated; however, hovering on the information icon displays the “Top 10 Customers”.

• When a user clicks the export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Can choose any of these options to download.
