LT Dashboard
Introduction/Purpose
The Loading Tickets (LT) section within the Sales Portal Dashboard is a pivotal module dedicated to managing the critical process of issuing and tracking loading tickets. Loading tickets are essential documents that play a central role in the logistics and transportation of products, ensuring the efficient loading of goods from terminals to delivery points.
The primary purpose of the Loading Tickets (LT) section is to provide a comprehensive platform for creating, tracking, and managing loading tickets. This module is designed to streamline the issuance of loading tickets, monitor the progress of goods from terminals to depots or delivery sites, and offer essential insights into the status of loading operations. The Loading Tickets section serves the following key objectives:
Efficient Loading Ticket Creation, Real-time Tracking, Data Accuracy, Visibility and Transparency, Issue Resolution, Reporting and Analysis, Data Integration, Compliance and Accountability

Method 1: Click On Dashboard From Hamburger Menu to open dashboard page & click on “LT” from the Dashboard Page to open the KPI for LT as shown below.
Method 2: Click On Dashboard under Dashboard from the Sitemap & Click on “LT” from the Dashboard Page as shown below.
Today’s Loading:
The “Today’s Loading” section in the Loading Tickets dashboard of the Sales Portal provides a real-time count of loading operations scheduled for the current day. It shows the Number of Today’s Loading.
- Users can click on this count to access a detailed table displaying information about each operation, including LT Code, Product, Driver Name, Truck No, Quantity, Pickup Date, and Status. Additionally, a half circle graph visually represents the volume of loading operations for the day. This feature aids in efficient monitoring and management of loading activities.
- Users can utilize the search box to easily find specific content within the table, enhancing data accessibility.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Today’s Loading will be updated.
- When a user clicks the Export icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will get the downloaded file.
Loading Tickets Summary:
The “Loading Tickets Summary” in the LT (Loading Tickets) section of the Sales Portal Dashboard provides a concise overview of loading ticket requests and their status. Here’s what it typically includes:
- Number of Requests: This is the total count of loading ticket requests that have been made within a specific time frame. It represents how many times loading tickets have been requested.
- Quantity of LT (ltr): This indicates the total quantity of loading tickets in liters (ltr) that have been requested. It helps in tracking the volume of products or materials being loaded.
- The pie chart visually represents the distribution of loading ticket requests based on their status. The chart segments typically includes Cancelled, Checked-In, Dispatched, Expired, Way Billed.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Today’s Loading will be updated.
LTs Terminal To Depot:
Provides statistic of the LTs for Terminal to Terminal & Terminal To Depot
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Lts Terminal to depot will be updated.
Status Wise LTs:
This shows the statistics of LTs of the statuses Unprocessed LTs, Intransit Deliveries, Intransit To Depots, Depot Check In, Late Depot Check In, Delivery On Time, Late Deliveries, Confirmed Deliveries.
