Introduction/Purpose

The “Place Retailer Order” module marks a significant step forward in continuous commitment to improving the ordering process for retailer customers. This underscores our dedication to innovation and customer-centric solutions. This module aims to simplify the procurement process and foster stronger customer relationships in this initiative.

Dependencies

  1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the databases and process data accurately. 
  2. Databases:  The reports depend on the accurate data of several databases like Customer Company, Retail Station, Inventory data of different lubricants and other products.
  3. Proper Data Management: Proper data retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient order place.

Place The Retailer Order

To place the retailer order, follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the place retailer order form, there are two ways:

  1. Click on the “Place Retailer Order” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below. 
  1. Click on the “Place Retailer Order” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Step 2: Search & Select a retailer company, as shown below.

Step 3: Select a shop, as shown below.

Step 4: By default “Company Delivery” option will be there for delivery, as shown below.

Step 5: If “Self Pickup” is selected for delivery, it is required to select a “Warehouse” and “Pickup/Delivery Date”, as shown below.

Step 6: Select the quantity and “Add To Cart” for the Lubricants and Other Products, as shown below.

Step 7: Users can clear the cart by clicking on the “Clear Cart” button or can proceed with the cart by clicking on the “Next” button, as shown below. 

Step 8: In the Order Summary Page, Enter a valid Coupon Code and click On “Apply”  button, as shown below.

Step 10: Click on the “Place Order” button to place the retailer order, as shown below.
