Introduction/Purpose

The “Place CORO Order” module represents a significant stride in our ongoing efforts to enhance the ordering process for CORO customers, reflecting our dedication to innovation and customer-focused solutions within the Oil-Gas-Lubricant sector. This module facilitates more streamlined procurement procedures and promotes the development of robust customer connections through this endeavor.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the databases and process data accurately. 
2. Databases:  The reports depend on the accurate data of several databases like Customer Company, Retail Station, Inventory data of different white products, lubricants, other products etc.
3. Proper Data Management: Proper data retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient order place.

Place The CORO Order

To place the coro order, follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the place coro order form, there are two ways:

1. Click on the “Place CORO Order” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Place CORO Order” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Step 2: Search & Select a customer company, as shown below.

Step 3: Select a retail station, as shown below.

Step 4: Enter Quantity and Expected Loading Date for the White Products, as shown below. 

Step 5: By default “Company Delivery” option will be there for lubricants and other products delivery, as shown below.

Step 6: If “Self Pickup” is selected for lubricants and other products delivery, it is required to select a “Warehouse” and “Pickup/Delivery Date”, as shown below.

Step 7: Select the quantity and “Add To Cart” for the Lubricants and Other Products, as shown below.

Step 8: Users can clear the cart by clicking on the “Clear Cart” button or can proceed with the cart by clicking on the “Next” button, as shown below.

Step 9: In the Order Summary Page, Enter a valid Coupon Code and click On “Apply”  button, as shown below.

Step 10: Click on the “Place Order” button to place the coro order, as shown below.
