Introduction/Purpose
The “Email Settings” module in the system is to facilitate and streamline communication and information exchange. This module is designed to optimize email-related functions and configurations to meet the unique needs of the industry.
Dependencies
- System Performance: The system should respond properly to save the email setting into the database .
- Database: A robust and secure database is essential to store and manage the data of email configurations. The database should be capable of ensuring the configuration data properly.
Email Settings
All the email related, SMTP server related, push notification related settings will be displayed at the email settings screen.
To view the current email settings, there are two ways as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Email Settings” from the menu under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
- Click on the “Email Settings” from the site map under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
Update Email Setting
Step 1: Admin can update the settings directly from the auto-populated form fields, as shown.
Step 2: Click the “Save” button to save the last updated settings, as shown below.
