Introduction/Purpose
The main purpose of this process is to deliver fuel requests to the aircrafts for the aviation customers.
Dependencies
- System Functionalities: System should respond properly to provide all the accurate fuel requests details from multiple DB.
- Databases: The fuel requests depend on the data of several databases like Aviation Company, Airlines, Airport, Operator, Browser, Terminal, and Stock etc.
- Browser & Available Quantity : Users must have added browsers into the system. To assign browsers for fuel requests, users select the browser from the added browsers. System also checks the available quantity of the browser.
- Change Status: The current status and changes of status determine the data availability of the fuel requests.
- Proper Data Management: Proper data indexing and retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient fuel request data as well as the data accuracy fuel request document and the delivery receipts.
Fuel Requests List
All the fuel requests will be displayed on the fuel request list screen.
There are two ways to view the “Fuel Request List” list, as mentioned below.
- Click on the “Fuel Request List” under the “Loading Tickets” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.
Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.
Step 2: Mouse Over on “Loading Tickets”.
Step 3: Click on “Fuel Request”.
- Click on the “Fuel Request” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module as shown below.
Multiple View Options On Fuel Request List
To change the view option of the fuel request list , follow the mentioned steps.
Step 1: To open the list of fuel requests, follow the steps for section “Fuel Request List”.
Step 2: To change the view of the fuel request list, click on “Change View” as shown below.
Step 3: Change the view option by clicking any of the available options as shown below.
Fuel Request Details
To View the details of a fuel request, follow below steps.
Step 1: To open the list of fuel requests, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Request List”.
Step 2: Click on the “Fuel Request Code” in the fuel request list to view the details of fuel request, as shown below.

Step 3: Scroll down to view all other fuel request related information, mentioned below.
- Overall Details
In this section all the basic details related to the fuel request will be available as mentioned below.
- Company
- Airport Location Name
- Airport Location Street
- Airport Location Zip Code
- Fueling Method
- Terminal
- Quantity and Charges Details
Quantity details of the fuel request.
- Requested Quantity (Ltrs, US Gallons, Pounds)
- Delivered Quantity (Ltrs, US Gallons, Pounds)
- Product Rate
- Product Charges
- FAAN Charges
- Total Amount
- Aircraft Details
Users will be able to view the following aircraft related information.
- Aircraft Tail No.
- Aircraft Make
- Aircraft Model
- Airline/Operator
- Airline Phone
- Flight Purpose
- Journey Details
Users can view the following journey details
- Departure
- Destination
- Expected Time of Arrival
- Expected Time of Departure
- Expected Time of Fueling
- UTC Expected Time of Arrival
- UTC Expected Time of Departure
- UTC Expected Time of Fueling
- Browser Details
The following browser details will be available to the users:
- Browser Name
- Operator Name
- Quantity (Assigned, Delivered)
- Meter Reading (Start, End)
- Meter Reading Photo (Start, End)
Actions On Fuel Request Details Page:
Users can perform the following actions on the fuel request as per the current status of the fuel request:
Edit Fuel Request
Step 1: To edit a fuel request, click on the “Edit Fuel Request” button as shown below.
Step 2: Change request details as required. Click on “Update” to update.
Cancel
The user can cancel a request by clicking on the “Cancel” button.
Reassign Bowser
If the browser is already assigned for a request, there will be the option for the users to reassign the browser.
Assign Bowser
To assign a browser on a fuel request.
Close Fuel Request
To close a fuel request, click on the “Close Fuel Request” button.
Reorder
Users can reorder by clicking on the “REORDER” button, as shown below. On clicking, it will redirect the user to the “Request Fuel” page.
