Introduction/Purpose

The “Warehouses” module within the “Masters” section of the Oil-Gas Management System is a specialized toolset for optimizing inventory and materials management within warehouse facilities. The module contributes to improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced supply chain resilience within the oil and gas industry. 

Dependencies

• System Performance: System should respond properly to save the warehouses in DB.
• Operator Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  warehouse, users select its operator company.
• Owner Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  warehouse, users select its owner company.

Warehouse List

There are two ways to open the list of warehouses, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Warehouses” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Warehouses” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Warehouse Details

To View the details of a warehouse, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the warehouse list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Warehouse List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Location Name” from the zone list to view the details of the warehouse, as shown below.

Update A Warehouse

To update a warehouse, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the warehouse details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Warehouse Details”.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button as shown below.

Step 3: Update latitude and longitude as required.

Step 4: Click on the “Update” button to update the warehouse, as shown below.
