Introduction/Purpose:

The “Lubes Offices” module is an integral component within the comprehensive “Masters” module of the System. This specialized module is designed to streamline and optimize the management of lubricant-related operations and information within the oil and gas industry. This module is designed to address the unique challenges and requirements associated with lubricant products, ensuring that the right lubricants are available in the right quantities, at the right locations, and at the right times.

Dependencies:

• System Performance: System should respond properly to save the lubes offices in DB.

• Operator Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  lubes office, users select its operator company.

• Owner Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  lubes office, users select its owner company.

Lubes Offices List

There are two ways to open the list of lubes offices, as mentioned and shown below.

1. Click on the “Lubes Offices” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

2. Click on the “Lubes Offices” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Lubes Office Details

To View the details of a lubes office, follow below steps. 

Step 1: To open the lubes offices list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Lubes Offices List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Location Name” from the lubes offices list to view the location details of the lubes office, as shown below.

Update A Lubes Office Location

To update the location of a lubes office, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the location details page of a lubes office, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Lubes Office Details”.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button from the top-right of the page, as shown below.

Step 3: Update latitude and longitude as required. Click on the “Update” button to update the location of the lubes office, as shown below.
