Introduction/Purpose
This module has been designed to centralize and streamline the configuration of various settings related to the system’s web portal. As part of our commitment to enhancing user experience and optimizing efficiency, the Portal Settings module empowers administrators to customize the portal according to their specific needs and preferences. The primary purpose of the “Portal Settings” module is to provide administrators with an intuitive and comprehensive interface to manage the configuration of the web portal. By accessing this module, administrators can fine-tune the system’s behavior, appearance, and access privileges, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with their organization’s workflow and requirements.
Dependencies
Database: A robust and secure database is essential to store and manage the portal-related settings. The database should be capable of handling the configuration data and ensuring data availability for the respective portal.
Portal Settings Details
There are two ways to view the Portal Settings Details, as mentioned and shown below.
- Click on the “Portal Settings” under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
- Click on the “Portal Settings” from the site map under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
The Following Settings of the portal will be displayed and can be be able to update:
- Enable customer for subscription of other profile

Update Details Of Portal Settings
To update the settings of the portal follow the mentioned steps.
Step 1: To open the portal setting details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Portal Settings Details”.
Step 2: All the settings data will remain auto populated in the form fields. Change the settings as required. Click the “Save” button to update the new settings.
