Introduction/Purpose

The Delivery Request module within the system serves as a pivotal tool to streamline and facilitate the seamless delivery process for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. This module has been meticulously designed to address the specific needs and challenges faced by C&I customers in the oil and gas industry. Its primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction by providing a centralized platform for managing and requesting hydrocarbon products deliveries.

Dependency

System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve delivery request data from the database  and  show the request data accurately.

Delivery Request List

All the delivery requests and basic details will be displayed on the delivery request list screen.

There are two ways to view the delivery request list, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Delivery Requests” under the “Transactions” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.

Step 2: Mouse Over on “Transactions”.

Step 3:  Click on “Delivery Requests”.

2. Click on the “Delivery Requests” from the site map under the “Transactions” module as shown below.

Multiple View Options On Station List

To change the view option of the delivery request list , follow the mentioned steps.

Step 1: To open the list of delivery requests, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Request List”.

Step 2: To change the view of the delivery request list, click on “Change View” and choose an option from the available options, as shown below.

Delivery Request Details

To View the details of a delivery request, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the list of delivery requests, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Request List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Request Code” in the delivery request list to view the details of the request, as shown below.

Step 3: Scroll down to view all the delivery request related information as shown below.

Delivery Request LT Details

To View the details of a delivery request LT, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the list of delivery requests, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Request List”.

Step 2: Click on the “LT Code” in the delivery request list to view the LT details of delivery request, as shown below.

Step 3: Scroll down to view all the LT related information as shown below. Please Follow the mentioned section “Loading Ticket Details”.

Actions On Delivery Request

The user can perform the following actions on delivery requests from the delivery request screen.

1. Confirm/Decline
2. Edit
3. Cancel
4. Reschedule
5. REORDER
