Introduction/Purpose

The COCO Dealers module is a vital component of this system, designed to facilitate the management and interaction with Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) Dealers. These dealers are crucial partners who operate retail outlets owned by the company.The primary purpose of the COCO Dealers module is to streamline and automate the entire process of managing COCO dealers within the system. It acts as a comprehensive tool to handle various aspects of the dealer relationship, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and seamless communication between the company and its dealers.

Dependencies

The COCO Dealers module may be subject to a number of dependencies that are necessary for both its efficient operation and integration with other system parts. These dependencies guarantee the module’s effectiveness and efficiency while supplying precise and timely data for decision-making. Common dependencies include the following:

1. User Accounts Management: The COCO Dealers module relies on the user accounts management system to authenticate and authorize access for various roles within the module. It ensures that only authorized personnel can perform specific actions, such as dealer registration, order processing, and financial management.

2. Inventory Management: In order to keep correct records of the hydrocarbon products, lubricants, and other things available at each COCO dealer location, the module depends on the inventory management system. To manage orders and inventory effectively, real-time updates on stock levels, sales, and product movement are necessary.

3. Sales & Billing: COCO Dealers module relies on the sales and billing system to record transactions, generate invoices, and process payments. It needs seamless integration to ensure that sales data is accurate and up-to-date for financial reporting.

COCO Dealers List

All the added COCO dealers will be displayed at the users list screen.

To view the users list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “COCO Dealers” from the menu under the “User Accounts” module as shown below.

2. Click on the “COCO Dealers” from the site map under the “User Accounts” module as shown below.

Change View Of COCO Dealers List

To change the view option of the coco dealers list , follow the mentioned steps.

Step 1: To view the coco dealers list follow the steps mentioned in the section COCO Dealers List.

Step 2: To change the view of the user list click on “Change View” as shown below.

Step 3: Change the  view option by clicking any of the available view options as shown below.

Add A New COCO Dealer:

To add a new coco dealer in the system, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the coco dealers list follow the steps mentioned in the section COCO Dealers List.

Step 2: Click on “ Add User” to add a new user in the system as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add User Form” as described and shown below.

Mandatory Fields:

1. Company: Keyword based search for company, system will show list of companies, select one company for which the new user will be created.
2. Company Classification: As per the selected company, the company classification field will be automatically filled
3. Role: Select a role of user from the list of roles that already exists in the system
4. Department: Keyword based search for department, system will show list of departments, select one department for which the new user will be created.
5. Site:  Keyword based search for site, system will show list of sites as per the selected company, select one site for which the user will be created.

Step 4: Click on the “Save” button to save the new user in the system as shown below.

Details of COCO Dealer:

To View the details of the coco dealer follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the coco dealers list follow the steps mentioned in the section COCO Dealers List.

Step 2: Click on user name in the user list to view user details as shown below.

Switch To Different User’s Profile Of A Particular COCO Dealer:

To View the list of all orders from a coco dealer user, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the coco dealer user details follow the steps in section “Details Of COCO Dealer”.

Step 2: Click on “Orders” to view the list of all Orders as shown below.

Delete COCO Dealer:
