Introduction / Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to configure prices for white products, and lubricant products. The prices can be set for all the classifications in the business unit.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save the configurations in the database.
2. Data Availability: The system should ensure the availability of configuration data whenever required.

Price Configuration List

To open the “Price Configuration List” screen there are two ways, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Price Configuration” from the hamburger menu under the “Finance” module, as shown below.

2. Click on the “Price Configuration” from the site map under the “Finance” module, as shown below.

Price Configuration Details

To view the details of a price configuration follow the steps below.

Step 1: To open the price configuration list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Price Configuration List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Product Name” from the list to view the details of the price configuration, as shown below.

Update A Price Configuration

To update a price configuration, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the update form there are two ways, as mentioned & shown below.

1. Click on “Edit” from the price configuration list page.

2. Click on “Edit” from the price configuration details page.

Step 2: Update configuration details as required. Click the “Update” button to save the updates, as shown below.
